• Items must be unworn, clean, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Sale / final-sale items are noted on the product page and may be excluded.
• We cannot accept returns that show wear, odor, or damage outside transit issues.

Email us from the Contact page with your order number and reason (exchange size/color or refund). We will send a prepaid or self-ship label depending on your region, plus packing instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the return—usually within 5–10 business days of warehouse receipt. Exchanges ship once the return is approved or when stock allows; otherwise we refund and you can reorder.
