What sizing do you use?

Do your shoes need a break-in period?
Most styles are soft from day one. Knit and cushioned pairs are designed to feel wearable immediately; if you prefer more room, size up.
Are your materials vegan?
Many uppers use knit, canvas, or vegan leather alternatives. Check the Materials notes on each product page for style-specific details.
How do I clean my shoes?
Wipe-clean surfaces with a damp cloth. Machine-friendly knits are marked on the product—gentle cycle, laundry bag, air dry flat. See Materials & Comfort for more.
When do I get free shipping?
Orders $80+ qualify for free standard shipping to eligible destinations. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery for eligible, unworn items. Start via the Contact page with your order number.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order has not shipped, message us ASAP from Contact. Once it is with the carrier, please use returns after delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Transit estimates and customs notes are listed in Shipping Policy. Duties may apply in your country.
