The basics
PaiZuShoes sells footwear and related goods for personal use. You must provide accurate checkout information and be legally able to enter a purchase agreement.
Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in USD unless noted. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, inventory errors, or pricing mistakes. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.
Shipping & returns
Delivery estimates and return eligibility are described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange pages. Risk of loss transfers when the carrier delivers to your address, except where local law says otherwise.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and product imagery are owned by PaiZu or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaiZu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use or purchases. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
